This is the very 1st single from Uhuruh Ubuntu, the Divine Essence of Cameroonian music producer "Fredih" (fredih.bandcamp.com). Simply put, Uhuruh Ubuntu is Fredih's artist name when he produces "Spiritual Ambient Music". As for Fredih, he devotes himself to producing "Celestial Dance Music". Uhuruh's 1st Single invites us to live in Completeness, a state in which we have no desires or needs because we feel complete.

Coming here to Earth, our expanded perspective (Spirit) loses a certain amount of information to adjust to the lower vibrations of our planet and our physical vessel (physical body). This loss of information gives us the illusion of separating our being from the infinite Creator, and the illusion of forgetting our true nature - that of God - where all the seemingly unknown or hidden information lies. We've come here to experience a great game of virtual reality or daydreaming. The game simply consists of losing our divine nature in time and finding it again while incarnated in a 3rd density matrix like that of Earth. And during this adventure we learn and teach quite a few things, more precisely what is most crucial at this precise moment in our spiritual evolution. There are so many recommendations, theories, tips and suggestions on how to play well, but the one that strikes me as the most appropriate is the one that advocates living in "Completeness".

Completeness is the quality of that which is complete, finished, perfect. It is the quality of God. And God is all of us, individualized and unified/fused. Completeness is therefore "our default state".

When you live in Comleteness, you have no more desires, no more lack, because you are all that exists. You are God, and God is all that exists, needing nothing. In Comleteness, you need no external stimulus to be happy and joyful. Everything is inside you: you are everything that exists, the universe in miniature, just accept and love this infinite abundance and enjoy it.

To achieve Completeness, you must go through the following stages:

- overcoming and transcending food, sex, poor attitudes, false beliefs and old habits

- Live always mindfully: here you are almost a Buddha, meditating all the time, and getting better and better at it.

- stop getting involved in arguments, fights and debates

- speak only when necessary

- Being in the world without being of the world

- Go regularly to recharge your batteries in nature, breathing pure air and benefiting from the planet's vital energy and the best essences of trees and plants.

- To be detached from people and their possessions, and not to be in need of them

- be your own best friend, in love with yourself

- stop celebrating for celebrating's sake, and moderate/stop the consumption of alcohol/drugs

- being born again: a normal process when vibrations rise considerably on a regular basis.

Completeness is a state that's easy to reach once you've assimilated the laws of the matrix. It naturally enables you to leave behind the control system of our virtual reality known as "life on Earth".
